My .emacs file for use with GNU Emacs 23.3 on Microsoft Windows
My favourite editor is no doubt GNU Emacs. I spend most of my time at work using Microsoft Windows, so why shouldn’t I use this excellent editor on that OS?

Tell rkhunter to ignore /etc/passwd by inserting EXISTWHITELIST=”/etc/passwd” in your rkhunter configuration file. If you prefer not to make this change to your configuration file, make sure you run rkhunter –propupd with the same PATH as given in /etc/crontab.
