Microsoft’s support on the fringe lately?

Have you tried reading a Microsoft Knowledgebase article lately? It appears that every link like http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3023215 results in nothing.

IE11 wasn’t helpful at diagnosing the problem, but Google Chrome gave a clue:

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
The website at https://support2.microsoft.com/kb/3023215?ln=nb-no caused too many redirects.

If you want to make Microsoft aware of the issue, whom to do contact and how?

Their own “Contact us” link, http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=2028325, redirected me to …, well you guessed right, https://support2.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support.

Wonderful, right? Maybe Microsoft got bit by their own faulty updates. I wonder if this could ever happen to their main website. And Microsoft insists we install their latest updates without a clue to what each update is supposed to resolve? We should revolt against this tyranny.

If Microsoft has any decency left, they should take their support2.microsoft.com server or server cluster, and bury that miserable piece of equipment six feet under, no less.

Update 2015-05-15:
Over the last few days, Google Chrome 42.0.2311.152 m (64-bit) has been able to display links such as http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3039779, but IE11 in Windows 7 still fails this simple task. :-/

Firefox 38.0.1 can at least confirm there’s too many redirects to the point that the HTTP request will never conclude.

Even IE 11 from the upcoming Windows 10 fails.

A DNS query reveals Akamai CDN:
